Meet Melissa
Melissa joined New Eagle Wealth Management in 2021 and currently serves as Managing Partner of the firm. Prior to joining New Eagle, she spent more than 13 years at a local credit union, where she began her financial services career as a licensed Administrative Assistant before transitioning into a Financial Advisor role.
Driven by a passion for helping others, Melissa provides personalized guidance tailored to her clients’ unique financial goals, including retirement planning, financial education, income strategies, and risk management. She is also passionate about supporting small businesses by helping owners and their employees implement effective retirement solutions.
Melissa earned her Associate of Applied Science degree from Northeast Community College and her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Dubuque. She currently holds her Series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as her Life and Health Insurance license. Outside of the office, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and volunteering in the community. She is an active member of the Dubuque Women’s Leadership Network and the Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals.
